1. When Did Pusha T and Drake's beef begin? In 2011...
Drake and Pusha T have been dissing each other on songs since as far back as 2011. Pusha T (real name Terrence LeVarr Thornton) regularly called out Drake for not writing his own bars and using ghostwriters, all while Drizzy claimed to be one of the greats. Drake first sent shots at Pusha T in defence of his mentor and close friend, Lil Wayne and that's when things went left. Picture: Getty

2. Pusha T's lyrics in his "Don't F*ck With Me" freestyle seemed to make serious indirects at Drizzy
Pusha T dropped a freestyle called "Don't F*ck With Me" over the beat used by Drake on his song 'Dreams Money Can Buy', also back in 2011. On the track, Pusha T said; "Rappers on their sophomores/ actin' like they boss lords/ Fame such a funny thing for sure/ When n***** start believing all them encores". Considering Drake's sophomore album 'Take Care' was released not long before, it seemed like a potential Drake diss. Picture: Gett

3. A year later in 2012, Pusha T made it very obvious that he was sending for Drake on "Exodus 23:1"
In 2012, Pusha then dropped a track called "Exodus 23:1" where he made it very clear that he was referring to Drake. Drake who is signed to Lil Wayne's label Young Money which is under Cash Money Records which is under Republic Records. In the song he rapped: "Contract all fucked up/ I guess that means you all fucked up/ You signed to one n**** that signed to another n**** That's signed to three n*****, now that's bad luck." 4. Drake's mentor Lil Wayne made it very clear that he hated Pusha T back in 2012.
Lil Wayne also expressed his dislike of Pusha T in 2012 when he tweeted; "F*k pusha t and anybody that love em." Picture: Twitter

5. Ever the loyal friend, Drake defended Lil Wayne by sending general shots at whoever the shoe fit.
Drake finally hit back in 2013 on 'Tuscan Leather' by firing shots at anyone that had something negative to say about Lil Wayne. Firing at "bench players talkin' like starters," he said; "I'm just as famous as my mentor/ But that's still the boss, don't get sent for/ Get hype on tracks and jump in front of a bullet you wasn't meant for." 6. Clearly the shoe fit Pusha T and three years later he had some words for Mr Champagne Papi
Three years later in 2016, Pusha T then called out Drake for not writing his own rhymes and using ghostwriters. On a track called "H.G.T.V Freestyle." Flaring up the rumours about Drizzy's (lack of) writing prowess, he said: "These n***** Call of Duty 'cause their killings ain't real/ With a questionable pen so the feelin' ain't real." 7. A year later Drake discredited Pusha T's street credibility on a "More Life" track
On Drake's "More Life" mixtape released in 2017 he responded to Pusha T by claiming that the 41-year-old was not as big of a drug dealer as he makes out in his music. He released a track called "Two Birds, One Stone" where he seemingly threw shots at Pusha T after dismissing comments that Drake was a "priviledged kid". He said; "But really it's you with all the drug dealer stories/ That's gotta stop, though/ You made a couple chops and now you think you Chapo." Picture: Google

8. Thing flared up again when Pusha T took shots at Drake on his 2018 'Daytona' album
In a track from Pusha T's May 2018 'Daytona' album, he quipped at Drake; "How could you ever right these wrongs when you don't even write your songs?" And that's when Drake responded. Picture: Getty

9. Drake heard the dig at him and responded with a diss track called "Duppy Freestyle"
Responding on the same day his rival dropped his album, Drake dropped "Duppy Freestyle" where he came for Pusha who is the head of Kanye West's G.O.O.D Music label. Starting the diss he says: "I'm in shock / The nerve, the audacity." He continues: "You not even top 5 as far as your label talent goes/ I really shouldn't have given you none of my time/ Cause you older than the n**** that you're runnin' behind." He then cheekily asks Kanye to invoice him for giving Pusha T clout. Picture: Instagram

10. Pusha T told Drake to send him the invoice he cheekily requested...
Pusha T then told Drake to send him that "invoice for the extra 20" on Twitter. Picture: Twitter

11. And Drake posted it on Instagram.
After seeing this, Drake posted an invoice on his Instagram page addressed to G.O.O.D Music for "promotional assistance and career reviving" with a sum of $100,000. Whether or not this invoice was really sent is a mystery. Picture: Instagram

12. Drake then dropped what seems to be a random single from his upcoming album called 'I'm Upset'
Drake then dropped a song called "I'm Upset", a track that'll probably be on his new album, 'Scorpion'. The song doesn't seem to reference Pusha T. Picture: Instagram

13. And four days later, Pusha T finally responded to Drake with freestyle 'The Story of Adidon'
Pusha T didn't let the "Duppy Freestyle" slide and he flipped on his response diss "The Story Of Adidon," a scathing tell-all, that alleges Drake has a baby with former adult actress Sophie Brussaux, a son called Adonis. Pusha T raps: "Your father walked away at five, hell of a dad thing" he continued: "You are hiding a child, let that boy come home/ Deadbeat mothaf*cka, playin' border patrol/ Adonis is your son." Drake confirmed the birth of his son on his 2018 album Scorpion. Picture: YouTube

14. Three years later, Drake and Pusha T's beef gets brought up again on social media.
Conversations about the pair's feud are ignited again after it was announced that Drake would be honoured at the Billboard Music Awards as the Artist Of The Decade. A resurfaced meme of Pusha sitting down during the Grammys - allegedly after Drake won for Best Rap Song - began circulating as fans debated who really won the beef between the two artists.
